In fact, our resort has as many as two different restaurants, each equipped with chefs who specialize in making delicious Sea and Land dishes typical of Apulian cuisine.

The Central Restaurant
The Buffet Restaurant is located in the center of our resort, inside the large dome that also houses the reception, bar and some rooms.
Here at our place, in addition to a breakfastbuffet suited to every morning routine, you can also enjoy, in the buffets provided for lunch and dinner, the best Sea and Land dishes of our region. In this way you will be able to live 100% the experience of a vacation spent in Apulia.
The à la carte restaurant
Located just off the coast of Monopoli, Ulivi Sul Mare is able to provide emotions with all 5 senses! In fact, not only will you also find here typical dishes of our tradition, but you can have lunch or dinner immersed in the typical Apulian atmosphere, made of olive trees and typical Mediterranean seascape.
In addition, our restaurant can satisfy every single whim of our guests, offering not only Land and Sea dishes, but alsoclassic and special pizzas proposed by our chefs.
A simple but evocative place that arouses fascination because of its simplicity, just like the Pugliese Cuisine.
The Reception Hall
Directly overlooking the sea (as the name implies), stands the striking Reception Hall of our Resort, which not only has a highly qualified staff, but also has beautiful outdoor areas and spectacular terraces, perfect for savoring delicious dishes accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves.

The peculiarities of our cuisine
In our kitchen, traditional local seafood dishes are mixed with the Murgian tradition, creating a perfect blend of smells and tastes of our land.
Moreover, all our dishes come from ingredients of first choice and carefully selected products.
For lovers of good wine in addition, we have prepared a selection of the best native wines from Puglia.
And for those who prefer beer, we offer a special locally brewed craft beer.
